You approve it
A person at your school approves every document before it goes anywhere.
Names come out
We remove names and personal details before anything is analysed. If a document cannot be cleared of them, the system rejects it.
Schools stay apart
Your school’s records are kept apart from every other school’s inside the database itself, by row-level security rather than by the software sitting on top of it. One school cannot reach another’s work.
Some things never go
Some material never gets that far. Child protection case notes, safeguarding referrals, looked-after child detail, named SEND plans, staff suitability records and medical detail are blocked as the document is uploaded.
The place school documents should not go
Staff are already pasting school documents into public AI tools, because it saves time and nobody has told them not to. Anything typed into a general chatbot leaves the school’s control, and you cannot say afterwards where it went. InspectReady is the alternative.
