- Building relationships with headteachers and senior leaders.
- Analysing school data to reveal what the evidence shows.
- Presenting InspectReady to schools and trusts across the country.
What you bring
- ExperienceAt least three years’ experience in schools, including a leadership position such as head of department, head of year or senior leader.
- DriveEnergy, drive and ambition, with a real passion for schools.
- People skillsStrong interpersonal skills: you build trust quickly and love making connections.
- RigourYou are thorough, accurate and get the details right.
- EntrepreneurialYou take ownership, show initiative and act without being asked.
- TechnologyConfidence with technology: you’ve seen what the right tools can do for staff and pupils, and you’re excited to help more schools benefit.
